So it has been a few days since we left New York & I miss it already. Of course everyone says that is only because I don’t live there. I don’t pay the high rent or deal with the noise 24/7 or even deal with the traffic jams & public transit everyday. But I also don’t have the great parks, the tasty food (which is available 24/7 & some can be delivered) or the public transit. The diversity out there, child!! The people, the food! I would walk from here to there & at the turn of every corner would be a different scene. Different people sitting outside. Different music blasting from a car stereo. Different people running a bodega & selling a variety of yummy food to try out. I loved it!! Sigh. We will be back soon.
